If
an item has been shipped to you packaged wrong, or has
an obvious
damage (such as broken
cable or cracked casing, etc.), Please notify use within 3
days. If you wish for a refund, we'll refund you full
purchase price including orginal S&H charges. If
an item was missing something, we'll send replacement at no
additional cost to you.
If DOA or damaged, notify us within 3 days, and we will
send out a replacement after we receive the original item.
Replacements are no additional costs. Once the item has
been used, modified, repaired or abused by anyone, we are
not able to issue any refunds or replacements. We reserve
the right as final authority on whether the product should
be repaired,replaced (with equivalent or better model), or
refunded.
All our product are tested before leaving facilities, but
sometimes bad luck happens; If an item was broken by an act
of God (or the like), unforeseen or unexpected problems or
non-obvious damage(looks fine,
but did not work once it was plugged
in), you are
responsible for return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your
return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you
with delivery confirmation. We shall not be responsible for
items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping and handling charges, to our facilities will be
paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.
Refunds:
You may return your purchase within 30 days provided that
the item does not show that it has been used. If it came
with sealed blister package, package must not have been
opened or tampered with. If you are beyond 30 days you can
choose to either be issued a store credit or a 15%
restocking fee plus Paypal fees that may be incurred on
your end. We’ll refund you full purchase price only
and not original S&H charges.
