If an item has been shipped to you packaged wrong, or has
obvious damage (such as a broken cable or cracked casing, etc.), please notify us within 3 days. If you wish to receive a refund, we'll refund you the full purchase price including the original S&H charges. If an item was missing something, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If DOA or damaged, notify us within 3 days, and we will send out a replacement after we receive the original item. Replacements are at no additional cost. Once the item has been used, modified, repaired or abused by anyone, we are not able to issue any refunds or replacements. We reserve the right as final authority on whether the product should be repaired, replaced (with equivalent or better model), or refunded.
All our product are tested before leaving facilities, but sometimes bad luck happens. If an item was broken by an act of God (or the like), unforeseen or unexpected problems or non-obvious damage (
looks fine, but did not work once it was plugged in), you are responsible for return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. We shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping and handling charges to our facilities will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds:
You may return your purchase within 30 days provided that the item does not show that it has been used. If it came in a sealed blister package, package must not have been opened or tampered with. If you are beyond 30 days you can choose to either be issued a store credit or a 15% restocking fee plus Paypal fees that may be incurred on your end. We’ll refund your full purchase price only, and not original S&H charges.
